Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be advised at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Should you cancel/reschedule your appointment giving less than 48 hours notice or not show up for your appointment a fee will apply. We ask all clients to confirm their appointments with a deposit which is non-refundable but can be used as a credit towards treatments or products. You will receive a booking email, on the booking email is a link to confirm your appointment by paying your deposit. Any unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled 48 hours prior. If you reschedule/cancel within our policy time frame your deposit will roll over to your future appointment. Refunds are assessed individually and under the rare circumstance a refund is issued and a charge of 2% applies plus £10.
Consultations are charged at £10 which is credited towards your chosen treatment. No-show will result in loss of rolling deposit. In the case of multiple no-shows we reserve the right to charge higher amounts or refuse your booking.
We accept debit card, credit card, Paypal and cash. We also offer finance, details of which you can find on our finance page.
Please arrive in good time for your appointment, if you have not had the treatment done with us before please complete the online form that will be emailed to you before your appointment, alternatively allow an extra 15 minutes to complete the forms in the clinic.
If you are running late for your appointment, please message or call us to advise of an estimated time of arrival. Please note that any late arrivals will only be treated within the original treatment time slot. This is to avoid delays to subsequent clients.
Please switch your phone to silent when in the clinic to ensure the comfort of other clients.
Babies, Children and Pets
We regret no babies, children under 16 or pets are allowed in the clinic at any time due to liability.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is prohibited within the building.
